Store Policy

At The Inside Edge, our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have any issues, we will do everything possible to ensure you are pleased with your purchase.

We will happily accept returns on unworn merchandise in perfect condition, with tags still on, shipped within 15 days of Canada Post delivering your purchase. You must include the original receipt of purchase from The Inside Edge with your return as well. The item you are wanting to return must be wrapped and the return number written on the outside of your package. The return number will be the same number as your order number. We will not issue refunds for items sent to us outside of our return guidelines listed here.

Please note: eGift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items: 

Returns accepted on items discounted up to 20%. All sale items discounted 21% or more are a Final Sale. NO refunds, NO exchange. Sale prices will not be extended past the sale end date. Shipping on all returns are at the customer's expense. Please do not send item C.O.D. or we will deduct that amount from your refund. Return to Sender shipping fees will also be deducted from any refunds.

Swim Intimates and Jewelry:

Please note due to sanitary reasons there will be no exchanges on swimsuit, intimates and jewelry purchases.

Exchanges:

If you would like another size or colour, please return the original item as described under the returns section above and simply place a new order for the item you want. We will issue a refund once we receive your returned item. This applies only to regular priced goods and up to 20% off. All sales are final when the sale was 21% off or more. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If there is a manufacturer defect and its within 3 months from original date of purchase, please email us at theinsideedge@shaw.ca and we will assess the defect and if it is authorized, we will then issue a return number. We won't accept anything back without the original sales receipt or return number. Please note: Items are best cared for by washing in cold water and hanging/laying flat to dry.

Exchanges on sale items:

If you purchased a sale item and want to return it for another size and the sale is over the exchanged item will be full price. The sale price will not be applied if the sale is over. See 'Exchanges' above for procedure when returning an item.

Domestic Shipping:

  • All Canadian orders are shipped with insurance and tracking. 
  • International Shipping:
  • Standard USA and international shipping does not include tracking or insurance. Once an order is fulfilled and handed to shipping courier, The Inside Edge, will not be held responsible for any damages and/or theft incurred. To better protect yourself we recommend adding tracking and insurance to your purchases.
  • If you receive a package that is damaged, empty, or tampered with in any way, please contact your local carrier immediately and report a claim. We will assist in any way we can, so please notify us if there are issues at:  theinsideedge@shaw.ca    

USA & International Shipping:

  Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination of the customer (ship to address). We will respond to you via email within 24 hours for your shipping quotes and delivery times.

  • All standard domestic orders will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase following payment authorization. Shipment arrival times are only an estimate and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • All standard US and International orders will ship within 3-4 days of purchase following payment authorization. Shipment arrival times are only an estimate and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Order Cancellations are not possible at this time, you will have to receive your order, and then return or exchange the item(s). For more information on how to complete returns and exchanges refer to the “store policy” section of the website.
  • Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes and duties as required by Canadian Customs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. On rare occasions, customs may also delay the delivery of your purchase.
